1. General Terms

F bajji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between f bajji and its users ("you" or "Member").

By using f bajji's website, mobile app, or any of our services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

• These terms and conditions have been formulated in compliance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• F Bajji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services at any time.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
• All services provided by F Bajji are for entertainment purposes only.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with F Bajji, you must meet the conditions below. Accounts created in violation of these conditions may be suspended and any associated balance forfeited.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Your account must be registered in your own name and for your own use.
• Each person may hold only one account.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Accounts cannot be registered from countries where online betting is completely prohibited.

Account Responsibility

Your account login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing your password, allowing others to use your account, or selling or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. If any unauthorized activity is detected on your account, contact F Bajji support immediately.

3. Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on f bajji. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — exceptions may apply for specific cash-out options.

General Betting Rules

• If a technical error is detected after a bet is confirmed, f bajji reserves the right to void the bet.
• f bajji is not liable for any bets missed due to internet disruption during live betting.
• F Bajji reserves the right to make decisions regarding odds changes at any time.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• f bajji reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.

Maximum Win Limit

The maximum payout for a single bet is determined by the market and bet type. Any amount exceeding the maximum payout limit for a given market will not be paid out. Please contact Support for more details.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on F Bajji are fully secure and transparent. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ৳100. Maximum limits vary by payment method.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.
• Daily withdrawals via Mobile Pay and Nagad are capped at ৳50,000.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

F Bajji regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses come with their own terms and conditions, which are mandatory to follow.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Each bonus has specific rollover requirements (typically 5x to 20x).
• Withdrawing before meeting bonus conditions will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• F Bajji reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

6. Security & KYC Verification

F Bajji employs internationally recognized security standards. All members are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process.

KYC Process

• Before your first withdrawal, you will need to submit a clear photo of your National ID card or passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement may be requested for address verification.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added account security. With 2FA active, the risk of unauthorized access to your account is significantly reduced.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on f bajji. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Match fixing or any form of result manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or depositing illegally obtained funds into the platform.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus terms.
• Harassing, threatening, or showing disrespectful behavior toward other members.
• Assisting minors in opening an account or placing bets.

8. Responsible Gaming

F bajji believes betting should be enjoyable, not stressful. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

• You can set your own deposit and betting limits at any time.
• You may take a temporary break (self-exclusion) whenever you need to.
• You have the option to set a session time limit.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

F bajji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. Accounts may be closed under the following circumstances.

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months).

Members may also request account closure at any time through our support team. Prior to closure, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, unless it has been forfeited due to a breach of terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet or financial transaction, please follow the process below.

• First, submit your complaint to f bajji Support via live chat or email.
• An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of receiving your complaint.
• For complex issues, we aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may appeal to F Bajji's licensing authority.
• F Bajji's system logs and records shall be considered final and conclusive evidence.

11. Changes to Terms

F Bajji reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via your registered email or through a platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
